Headquartered in Guernsey, and with clients in over 50 countries, the Legis Group has been helping institutional and private clients for over 30 years. For institutional clients we establish and administer multi-jurisdictional corporate, trust and fund structures. We also provide a range of bespoke services to private clients.
Legis Group employs over 60 members of staff, many with qualifications in the fields of accountancy, investment, company secretarial, fiduciary and compliance services.

History & Ownership
Originally set up in 1979 by partners of Ozannes law firm, the Legis Group has grown from strength to strength, positioning itself as a market leader and best of breed independent. In March 2011, the Legis Group management team acquired the business alongside an investment from Bailiwick Investments Limited.

Bailiwick Investments Limited is a Guernsey authorised closed-ended investment company incorporated under The Companies (Guernsey), Law 2008 on 22 September 2008 with registration number 49479.
The Company was set up to provide Channel Island investors with an opportunity to invest in local businesses, property and infrastructure under the expertise and local knowledge of an investment committee.
Bailiwick Investments Limited is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. The Company currently has one share class in issue.
